The Fall 2010 issue of Wine & Spirits magazine's Zinfandel article by Josh Green focusing on the most currently outstanding, top rated and balanced Zinfandel. This one is the "ripest" of the top Zinfandels to achieve such a balance worthy to be among only 12 rated at 90 points or better!

In the December 25, Napa Valley register article: The Orphan Wines "...I love the excitement you can find in unusual varieties,.. always make my list of most interesting wines. ...Orphans, like semillon, trousseau gris, albariño, pinot blanc and barbera, need adopting.  Fanucchi Vineyards in the Russian River Valley makes a Trousseau Gris each year that is fresh and fruity, a superb aperitif wine."
